Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. While we stand behind the quality of our products, we operate a strict NO REFUND and NO RETURN policy. Exchanges are allowed only under special conditions. Porcelain Inn Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for defects or damage caused during shipping.

In the event you receive a defective item, please follow the steps below:

1. Email us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your online order.
2. NO REFUND will be provided. Exchange only.
3. Customers can request an exchange for an item of equal or higher value, subject to availability.
4. Provide a clear picture of the defective item for inspection. Exchange eligibility will be determined after inspection.

Important Notes:

  • All sales are final.
  • No cash refund for any defective items. Exchanges only.
  • No exchanges or returns will be accepted for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘personal preference.’ Exchanges are strictly limited to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Items sold at marked-down prices due to defects cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers can return items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect within 3 days of receipt. Late requests will not be entertained.

Online Purchases: Return defective items within 3 days of receiving your order.

Additional Terms:

  • Returned items must be in original condition with packaging, price tags, and labels intact.
  • The sender is responsible for ensuring items are packaged securely to avoid further damage. Porcelain Inn Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for items damaged during the return process.
  • All shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.
  • Porcelain Inn Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for missing parcels during the exchange process.
  • Porcelain Inn Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to reject exchange requests at our discretion and makes the final decision regarding all returns and exchanges.
