History
Ayer Hitam is known for its speciality with “CERAMICS”, which was how Porcelain Inn Sdn Bhd is founded.
The name “Porcelain” which describes pottery was chosen to represent us. Our history began in 1991, with the name of Porcelain Inn Sdn Bhd abbreviated to PISB, our image remained as our inspiration and motivation that meets the taste of our customers with the slogan ‘MENEPATI CITARASA ANDA’.
Our pots are manufactured from a local manufacturer and mainly imported directly from overseas. We ensure our products are of high quality and reasonably priced. As one of the 49 winners among 268 companies from Asia, we received the prestigious award of ‘Malaysian Honesty Enterprise-Keris Award 2002’ held at Genting Highland. And in 2009, PISB again was awarded “Kedai Harga Berpatutan”. Both of these awards are honoured by the MINISTRY OF DOMESTIC TRADE AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS and we will preserve to improve and maintain our image at our very best.
Present
At present time, our stores mainly sell artificial flowers, home decor, souvenir gifts & merchandise, and wedding decorations which are designed by us according to our consumer needs. Customers can select the existing flower arrangements or customize their own design with the selection of flowers. Besides, we also provide various choices of landscape products for offices and homes.
With the large selection of souvenir gifts & merchandise available in our stores, our customers can decide on either the ready-made products or we can provide customization service in order to fulfil our customer’s imagination of th final product. For those who are preparing for a wedding ceremony, PISB is the one-stop shop to visit as we offer plenty of products to shop for wedding decorations and wedding gifts.

We established our online store services for our customers to purchase our products easily with just a few clicks away. Despite location inflexibility, customers are able to get their desired items at PISB conveniently.
We have several branches at Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Johor and our largest store is in Ayer Hitam.
Over the course of time, we aim to expand PISB and open more branches across every state in Malaysia. With our largest store being in Ayer Hitam, the concept store offers a large variety of vases, flower decoration, home decor, souvenirs merchandise, and wedding gifts. Ultimately, we are passionate in providing the best services to ensure our customers’ satisfaction and meeting their needs.
